Regularised (consistent dimensions) by planing all round with 'eased' (rounded) corners for comfortable handling. Our regularised carcassing finishes 2mm off nominal thickness and 5mm off nominal width. Strength graded to C16 (we can also grade to C24) for known structural performance. Kiln dried, softwood for greater stability and better machined finish. Available in a selection of standard lengths with bespoke cross-cutting available (subject to branch availability). All of our softwoods are ethically and sustainably sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests and sawmills. It is important that all cut ends are re-sealed with a proprietary treatment.
