15mm inlet connections For the easiest of installation these showers are fitted with the UK standard 15mm inlet connection. This means no messing around with adaptors or connecting pieces, and no running to the local DIY shop for spares! Precise temperature controlStandard showers can have hot temperature spikes when others in the house turn on taps or flush the toilet.Thermostatic control means that this shower will hold its temperature steady at all times. It dynamically adjusts the hot and cold water offsetting the everyday changes in water pressure experienced in most family homes. Maximum temperature override With this Bristan mixer shower the temperature is set to 38°C to avoid any vulnerable users getting scolded. However should you prefer a hotter shower there is a cleverly fitted override button that can be used to increase the temperature to a maximum of 46°C. It must be pressed down whilst turned to stop it being used accidentally, keeping all users completely safe. Cool touch technology There’s nothing worse than accidentally brushing against your shower and scalding yourself on the metal from the heat of the hot water. To stop this from happening, Bristan have very cleverly built their valves so the hot water supply runs inside of the cold, keeping your showering experience safe and scald-free. Retrofit installation This shower comes complete with a wall mount 10 fixing kit which allows for easier retrofit installation. Due to flexible inlets this shower can be easily connected to your existing pipework. Rub clean shower head nozzles These brilliant shower heads feature a rub clean spray plate to minimise the build-up of limescale.
