Our 9mm UPVC Cover Boards are available in five colour options - White, Black Ash, Anthracite Grey, Rosewood and Golden Oak. They come in a range of sizes from 100mm to 275mm (varies depending upon the colour choice).We sell our Cover boards in packs as this minimises the risk of any damage in transit.Cover boards are generally used for covering existing timber fascia or window boards, but they are also used on new installations. In new build applications  a timber backing board is used behind the cover board to support it along its length (we recommend 25mm thick sawn timber). Cover boards are measured externally including the bottom return leg, ie. a 200mm Cover board will cover 191mm of existing timber. The return leg measures 42mm overall (33mm Internal).PVC cover boards should be fixed using 2 x 50mm Polytop Nails no further than 600mm apart for white boards (max 400mm for woodgrain coloured boards). This means that you should allow 18 nails for each 5m length in white, and 26 for colours.
