Crown Trade Protective Coatings High Build Micaceous Iron Oxide is for exterior use on ferrous metal surfaces. Suitable for structural steelwork, fire escapes, railings and gates where it provides excellent corrosion resistance. Can also be used as a finish in its own right where a protective coating is required, but aesthetics are not important. Leaves a matt finish. Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 8 sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 4 hours and recoatable in 16 hours.
