The recess cover features two seals: one seal at the base and a  T rubber seal incorporated into the outer frames side. The T Rubber seal has three functions It prevents dirt between the recessed cover and the frame. The rubbers elastic effect avoids tension between the recessed cover and the frame. It offers an additional odour barrier. Frame and cover are made of extruded aluminium profile and are easy to open with lifting keys provided. Suitable for tiles, paving and most floor finishes. Application: exterior. The cover is odour and waterproof. The cover is not screw tight (locked). The cover has a high-grade EPDM seal and there is a T rubber seal on the side of the frame to prevent dirt infiltration between frame and cover. The recess cover is standard equipped with a reinforcement mesh.
