Essential Block Paving Sealer Satin Finish is a water-based product that contains no hazardous acids, solvents, or VOCs. The Satin Finish Essential Block Paving Sealer is a specialist sealant for exterior paving surfaces. The environmentally friendly, safe product is a top coat protective sealer that produces a long-lasting, crystal clear satin finish. The Essential Block Paving Sealer Satin Finish dries quickly and is simple to apply. It offers superior protection by preventing water-based stains and general filth and debris from permeating the surface, making cleaning and maintenance easier. The amount of coverage will differ depending on the type of surface application. When applied undiluted, coverage can reach up to 15m2 per litre per coat. Available in 5L and 25L. HOW TO APPLY: 1. Remove any loose debris from the work surface before beginning your work, and make sure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves , proper protective eyewear , a face mask , and appropriate clothing. 2. Before using, perform a tiny test application in an inconspicuous location according to the directions below. This will reflect the product's effectiveness and suitability for your surface. 3. Before beginning, ensure that the surface is fully clean and dry, and that the weather conditions are favourable. 4. Satin Essential Block Paving Sealer Finish thinly and evenly with a low-pressure sprayer, microfiber mop, paintbrush, or soft cloth, being careful not to leave application lines or allow the substance to puddle on the surface. DON'T DILUTE THIS PRODUCT. 5. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time before adding the second coat, then repeat the process in the direction opposite to produce an even and consistent finish. More coats can be applied if appropriate to get the required finish. PLEASE NOTE: When this product is applied, the colour and/or appearance of the stone will change. As a result, always test the product in an inconspicuous area before using it. Masking tape can be used to protect any surfaces that are not to be sealed. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON HIGHLY POLISHED STONE & CERAMIC GLAZED SURFACES.
