The Essential Brick Sealer is a specialised synthetic resin emulsion that seals and preserves brick surfaces. The sealer repels water well and aids in the reduction of efflorescence, moss, and algae growth. It considerably reduces capillary water absorption on treated surfaces whilst not clogging the pores or capillaries. It provides long-lasting protection, and once sealed, the brick requires very little maintenance. The fast and easy way to sealing your brickwork, ready to apply directly from the bottle. Undiluted, apply up to 15m2 per litre each coat. Depending on the surface porosity. Assess the surface after treatment to confirm that the repellent is fully effective. Available in 5L and 25L. HOW TO APPLY:   1. Remove any loose debris from the work surface before beginning, and ensure you have enough personal protection, such as gloves , appropriate protective eyewear , an FFP3 class mask , and clothing. 2. A short test application in a non-obtrusive location is required before use. This will tell whether the product is suitable for your surface and how effective it is. 3. Ensure that the surface is fully clean and dry before applying the Masonry Sealer. To distribute the sealer, use a low-pressure sprayer , roller , natural fibre brush, or sponge . 4. To guarantee complete coverage, apply two coats of Essential Brick Sealer ""wet on wet"" to saturation. Do not dilute this product. After 45-60 minutes, the surface should be dried. If rain is forecasted or begins, terminate treatment immediately and cover newly saturated areas; the surface must be entirely dry for the first 6 hours following application. Please Note: Essential Brick Sealer may gradually improve the natural colour of the brick face; always test the product in an unnoticeable area before using it.
