Essential Masonry Sealer is developed with resins that seal and protect masonry surfaces while also providing great water repellence and aiding in the reduction of efflorescence, moss, and algae growth. It provides long-lasting durability and, when sealed, the surface requires very little upkeep. It's the quick and easy way to seal your masonry, blockwork, and brickwork, and it's ready to use right out of the bottle. Undiluted, apply up to 15m2 per litre each coat. Depending on the surface porosity. Assess the surface after treatment to confirm that the repellent is fully effective. Available in 5L and 25L. HOW TO APPLY:   1. Remove any loose debris from the work surface before beginning, and ensure you have enough personal protection, such as gloves , appropriate protective eyewear , an FFP3 class mask , and clothing. 2. A short test application in a non-obtrusive location is required before use. This will tell whether the product is suitable for your surface and how effective it is. 3. Ensure that the surface is fully clean and dry before applying the Masonry Sealer. To distribute the sealer, use a low-pressure sprayer , roller , natural fibre brush, or sponge . 4. Apply one layer liberally to ensure that as much sealer as possible is absorbed into the surface. 5. Finally, before the first coat has dried, add a second layer to guarantee thorough coverage. Do not dilute this product. After 45-60 minutes, the surface should be dry. However, if rain is forecasted or begins, treatment should be paused immediately, and newly saturated areas should be covered. In other terms, for the first 6 hours following application, the surface must be fully dry. Please Note: As Essential Masonry Sealer may slightly increase the natural colour of the stone surface, carefully test the product in an unnoticeable area before using it. Similarly, surfaces that will not be sealed should be preserved with masking tape .
