Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish is a specialist sealant for external natural sandstone that creates a matt look finish. The non-toxic, environmentally friendly formula provides excellent water repellence and stain resistance whilst still remaining non-toxic. The unique formula of Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish significantly reduces capillary water absorption of the treated surface without clogging the pores or capillaries, while also aiding in the prevention of moss and algae growth. Creating a self-cleaning surface tension that reduces the need for regular maintenance while allowing the surface material to "breathe" and transfer moisture vapour. The coverage varies depending on the surface porosity, but the average coverage is 4-6 square metres per litre. Available in 5L and 25L. HOW TO APPLY: 1. Remove any loose debris from the work surface before beginning your work, and make sure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves , proper protective eyewear , a face mask , and appropriate clothing. 2. Before applying, ensure the surface is entirely dry and clean. Use a low-pressure sprayer , roller , natural fibre brush or sponge to apply the product evenly.  3. To ensure complete coverage, apply two coats- 'wet on wet' of Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish. DO NOT DILUTE. After 45-60 minutes, the surface should be entirely dry. If rain is forecasted or begins, stop treatment immediately and cover the newly impregnated areas; the surface should always remain completely dry for the first 6 hours after application. PLEASE NOTE: Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish could cause a colour change on some surfaces; always test the product in an inconspicuous area before using it. Surfaces that will not be sealed should be protected with masking tape . NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON HIGHLY POLISHED, CERAMIC/GLAZED, DENSE, OR NON-POROUS SURFACES.
