Glidevale AH5 Hinge-Down loft hatches are manufactured from injection-moulded polypropylene and offer 0.66 W/m2K thanks to an insulated loft hatch.Each Glidevale AH5 loft hatches is manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001 to meet the demands for the requirements of loft hatches as outlined in Building Regulations Approved Documents L and C. By meeting these requirements its certified that Glidevale AH5 loft hatches offer high performance, reduces heat loss and reduces risk of condensation. The thermally insulated hatch continues the loft insulation or ceiling insulation to reduce heat loss, and seals around the loft hatch works towards reducing the risk of condensation as they reduce water vapour migration.
