Available in 3 consitencies: Winter, Summer and Semi, EcoLast's Karnak 19 Ultra Flashing Cement is the next generation general purpose flashing cement  for repairing leaks in shingles, concrete, metal or asphalt roofs, flashings on walls, chimneys, flues, skylight flashings, downspouts and cornices. Compounded with a selection of rubber reinforced asphalt, mineral fibers, and refined solvents, Karnak 19 Ultra is made to a heavy pliable consistency for ease of application. 19 Ultra ensures a durable elastomeric coating of greater strength, excellent adhesion and high resistance to water and weathering. Thanks to its composition of special chemical ingredients, Karnak 19 Ultra gives a unique water displacement quality (Wet/Dry). It also dries to a strong, flexible, waterproof and corrosion proof rubber coating which gives maximum protection and fantastic performance over wide ranges of temperatures and weather conditions.  Perfect for sealing cracks in concrete and brick, as a joint filler for precast roof slabs and for general use in maintenance of exposed buildings and structures. Features Wet or dry application. Improved resistance to water and weather conditions - will not shrink or crack. Also resistant to sag at high roof temperatures. Excellent strength and adehesive properties to masonry, steel, cured concrete, shingles, asphalt roofing, skylight flashings and a variety of other surfaces. Can be used instantly - no need to mix before use. Easy to apply with the use of a trowel. VOC and ASTM compliant. Application and Use Proir to using 19 Ultra, ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose paint or other foreign matter. When possible, excess water should also be removed for best results. When repairing blisters, cracks and breaks, spread 19 Ultra Flashing Cement over the damaged area at an average thickness of 1/8''. Then, embed Karnak Cotton, Glass or Polyester Membrane reinforcement in the 19 Ultra flashing cement, before finally applying another layer at a thickness of around 1/8''. Coverage (Gallon/100 Sq.
