Norcros Adhesives Rock Tite Outdoor Tile Primer is simply mixed with water and brush or roller applied to the underside of either the natural stone, or porcelain tile. It is a fibre-reinforced, polymer modified cement-based primer designed to improve adhesion and bond strength when applied to the underside of porcelain and other low absorption types of paving.
