The multi-application flashing in a highly durable EPDM or silicone, edged with a flexible aluminium band, flashes hot or cold flues and pipes on metal roofs. The square base fits any prepared hole on most roof profiles. Suitable for a roof pitch between 0 and 45 degrees. Suits external pipe dimensions between 125mm and 230mm. Base size: 363mm x 363mm. Black and Grey EPDM flashings are used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue. Can be used with pipes up to 115°C constant and 150°C intermittent. Red silicone can be used with hot pipes and can be used with pipes up to 200°C constant and 250°C intermittent.
