The Profloor Dynamic Batten System consists of timber battens bonded to a dual foam resilient layer. The unique dual foam of the Dynamic Batten enables minor irregularities in the surface of the subfloor to be addressed. Profloor Dynamic Batten System works as a floating floor system that not only supports the chosen floor finish, but also provides effective isolation of the floor finish from the structure and reduces impact and airborne noise in timber or concrete construction. When installing a timber floor, Profloor Dynamic Battens should be laid perpendicular to the floor joists, and over a structural subfloor. For concrete installation, the battens should be spaced in accordance with the flooring manufacturers recommendations.
