After this they’re finished to a high standard and glazed. This glaze is coloured and applied during the manufacturing process to ensure the best longevity for the surface. Tile Strength A tile's strength is a numerical representation of how much weight the tile can support. These tiles have an approximate break strength of 150kg, the equivalent of a male Giant Panda. Resistance to chemicals   Colour Resistance to UV Light Some tiles have been known to discolour over time thanks to sitting in direct sunlight.
