Redland third round hip tiles can be mortar bedded, mechanically fixed or dry fixed. To mechanically fix or mortar bed hip tiles, use the Redland Mortar Bedded Fixing Kit. These hip tiles come without nail holes which are to be used when using a Uni-Vent Rapid Ridge/Hip. When using dry hip systems, a block end hip tile or hip end can must be used at the eaves.
