Saint Gobain Weberpral MF is a highly durable, weather and algae resistant, fine textured render which comes in Chalk. This smooth render, which has been formulated to be spray applied, will ensure a contemporary look which is suitable for most types of brick and blockwork. As well as this, Weberpral MF only requires one coat, saving you valuable time and effort on your project. Weberpral MF can be used as part of Saint Gobain’s Weber Monocouche range. The grain size is 0-1.5mm and it can create a cleaner ashlar and quoin feature due to finer aggregate content. You can render brick or blockwork on entire elevations, feature panels or smaller areas such as garden walls. Application To avoid dampness or discolouration rendering should be avoided below DPC and within 150mm of ground level All surfaces must be sound, clean and suitably dry and free of any material which may impair adhesion The susbtrate should be suitable for rendering with a designation III mix (1:1:6) Weberpral MF can be applied to most, suitably prepared masonry backgrounds Mechanically mix, using clean water only, suitable for batch mixing or continously mixing spray render machine A suitable drill and whisk can also be used when hand application is required Gradually add the contents of the bag to 3.7-4.7 litres of water and mix for 5 to 10 minutes Don't over mix Substrates must have a good mechanical key suitable for rendering Don’t apply if frost is forecast within 24 hours Don’t apply in damp or wet conditions Don’t apply in temperatures below 5°C (for dark colours 8°C) or above 35°C Don’t use on elevations which are in direct sunlight Don’t use where the substrate is hot This is not suitable for use on construction board substrate (concrete particle board/render board) Not suitable for use on insulation board substrate When kept unopened, in dry conditions and in temperatures above 5°C, the shelf life is 12 months from the manufacture date Please note, bulk returns are not accepted so it is advised to order a small sample order to ensure it meets your requirements.
