This allows for telescopic ladder use, taking advantage of the twist operated catch release for security and stability. The anti-draught loft doors are designed to prevent condensation build up and uplift, with a vapour and condensation migration seal. This clean and simply designed Timloc insulated loft door is white in colour but it can be painted to match the aesthetics of a room or to be disguised even further. This loft door will fit neatly between 38mm thick trussed rafters as well as 600mm spaced ceiling joists.
