Ubiform by Ubbink is a universal flashing that has a self-adhesive backing. It has a band of aluminium making it tremendously durable and sturdy while still being lightweight and handleable. As the Ubiform is made from creped aluminium, it is able to stretch up to 60% from its original dimension. The lower adhesive layer uses a high bond butyl adhesive, the innovative system replaces conventional flashings made of zinc, copper or lead when a cost-efficient, simple and fast junction seals are required still ensuring a comparatively high and long lasting seal quality.
