Wallbarn supplies leaf guards manufactured in a square shape, specially designed for the through-wall corner outlets. Made from a durable and hardwearing plastic compound, they provide a secure fit into the mouth of the corner outlets to prevent drains becoming blocked. They are simply inserted into the mouth of the hole and will remain in place without fixings or adhesive. For right-angle faced outlets, both those with the square shaped mouth and those with the circular spigot, this RIGHT ANGLED SQUARE LEAF GUARD is ideal. The leaf guard has two prongs which will grip the inside of the spigot to ensure a good fit. Although the square leaf guards are designed with straight sides, they can be used for both types of through-wall outlet “ those with the right angled face and those with the 45 angled face and mouth. For those outlets with a fillet-type angle around the mouth, the side arms can be cut with a sharp blade to create the 45 angle, giving a correct fitting. As these leaf guards are manufactured from plastic, they can easily be trimmed to alter the shape or reduce the size without affecting their performance.
