The Profloor Solo Batten System consists of a dressed softwood timber batten with an integral closed cell resilient layer. It works as a floating floor system that not only supports the chosen floor finish, but also provides effective isolation of the floor finish from the structure. Profloor Solo Battens are for use with concrete subfloors only. Battens should be spaced in accordance with the flooring manufacturers recommendations. A single row of Profloor Solo Battens should be laid around the floor perimeter, maintaining a 50mm gap between the wall and batten.
